One of many tricky wingers to come from Manipur, Mohammed Yasir made his Indian Senior National Team debut on 25th March 2021 against Oman under coach Igor Stimac.

Used to playing as a left-winger, Yasir can also be deployed as a full-back if needed. With a peach of a left foot, he can curl in some wonderful passes for his teammates. Yasir started his professional club career in 2017 with Hero ISL side FC Goa. However, he found his footing at Hyderabad FC in 2019 and has been at the club ever since.
