Key Responsibilities
:
Developandexecute a comprehensive social media and digital strategy for Indian football, with a focus on national teams across all age groups.
Drive high quality content creation and oversee a team of content providers and social media managers.
Lead digital production efforts, ensuring innovative and engaging storytelling across all social media managers.
Transforming the AIFF website catering to the modern trends.
Establish engagement and communication strategies for key stakeholders, including fans, sponsors and media professionals.
Position

as the primary hub for Indian football information, ensuring alignment with the overall brand vision and messaging.
Facilitate digital integration and collaboration between state football associations and the national federation.
Strengthen brand identity and explore monetization opportunities for social media content and digital platforms.
Utilize social media analytics and digital tools to track performance and optimize engagement strategies.
Identify trending topics and storytelling opportunities around Indian football for amplification on AIFF’s digital channels.
Launch PR and social media campaigns to promote key events, tournaments and grassroots initiatives.
Drive targeted efforts to promote and enhance the visibility of women’s football in India.
Collaborate with state football associations to facilitate communication and integration with the national federation.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience required.
