Event: AFC Women’s Futsal Asian Cup 2025 Qualifiers

The Head Coach for the India Women’s National Futsal Team will lead preparations for the AFC Women’s Futsal Asian Cup 2025 qualifiers in January 2025 in Indonesia with the initial aim of qualifying for the Final round of the AFC Women’s Futsal Asian Cup 2025. This role focuses on creating targeted training programs, strategic game planning, and building a high-performance team environment to sharpen the team’s competitive edge on the Asian stage. 

Key Deliverables:

• Develop and implement tactical and technical training programs specific to futsal.
• Analyze team strengths and areas of improvement; devise game plans and strategies to maximize team performance.
• Plan and conduct regular training sessions to improve skill, fitness, and understanding of the game among players.
• Foster a positive training environment that promotes teamwork, discipline, and high performance.
• Provide individual coaching to players to enhance technical skills, decision-making, and agility required for futsal.
• Submit performance reports, including assessments of individual and team growth for the tournament, and final tournament report
• Engage in media interviews and public relations activities as required by AIFF

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience, preferably at the National or International level.
• AFC Futsal Level 2 and above or equivalent coaching license.
• Strong understanding of futsal-specific tactics, player development, and training methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills; ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Adaptable, dedicated, and able to inspire players toward high-level performance.
