Brief Description of the Department:

The Legal, Regulatory and Governance Department is actively involved in the secretarial duties pertaining to tenders, empanelment of vendors and agents; drafting and vetting of contracts, MoUs; drafting and framing policies, regulations and rules governing the AIFF. The department is currently involved in the AIFF Appeal Committee and AIFF Ethics Committee.

Responsibilities:

1.       Provide assistance in drafting agreements, policies and regulations governing the AIFF.

2.       Conduct meetings alongside the Secretary of the AIFF Appeal Committee and AIFF Ethics Committee.

3.       Conduct meetings and prepare documents (proposals and minutes) for tender and empanelment process.

4.       Assist in case information management.

5.       Co-ordinate and work with AIFF departments on various legal assignments/projects.

Requirements and Qualifications:

·         A recent graduate (LLB).

·         Prior experience related to Sports and Law (Internships, Projects) is preferable.

·         Good knowledge of laws and interest in sports/gaming.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

·         Proficiency in written and spoken English language.

·         Publications on the intersection of sports and law are preferred.

·         Reside in Delhi during the internship only for three months.
