All India Football Federation is looking for an experienced and talented Manager for Broadcast. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our I-League broadcasting. From coordinating live events to managing equipment and technical resources, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality content to our viewers.

You will be the point of contact for our clients, partners, and stakeholders, and will need to ensure that all their requirements are met effectively and efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for budgeting and resource allocation, making sure that projects are completed within the agreed timelines and financial constraints.

To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of the broadcast industry and stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies. You will need to be proactive, adaptable, and able to think on your feet to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during live broadcasts.

Key Deliverables:

1	Ensure that all match broadcasts are delivered to the highest available technical specifications and in line with current commercial agreements and budgets.
2	Manage relationships with the broadcast production partner, Commentary and Graphic partners and oversee their delivery of services.
3	Work closely with all rights licensees in the lead up to and during I-League, including managing the information and relationships with I-League partners from a production perspective.
4	Draw out plans for effective technical operation during events.
5	Execute venue inspections prior to broadcast events to ensure production partners have the facilities they require.
6	Oversee production partners’ and other vendors’ contracts and ensure compliance.
7	Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved within budget and on time.
8	Develop and manage operational plans to ensure that all live and non-live productions are delivered in a timely manner.
9	Coordination with the I-League Clubs for Non-Televised matches and Storage of the same on AIFF Cloud or Drive.

Qualifications:

1. At least 4+ years as a live sport, preferably football producer at a national level
2. Experience of operating in cricket/sports environments around the world
3. Experience in dealing with key stakeholders, including broadcasters.
4. Good contract management and project management skills
5. High level of self-motivation, commitment, and dedication
6. Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
7. An appreciation of diverse working cultures around the world

Conditions of Employment :

1. The role is based in the I-League Venues
2. AIFF plans to hire candidates based out of Kozhikode, Kolkata, Delhi preferably.
3. The selected candidate will be required to provide two recent work references.
4. The compensation offered will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
