AIFF Media Team NEW DELHI: The All India Football Federation organized a two day informative workshop on September 13-14, 2015 for 22 top referees and assistant referees in the nation, who will also be officiating in the second edition of Hero Indian Super League, in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The workshop was conducted by FIFA Instructor Steve Bennett and was engineered to tutor the participants in various technicalities and minute details of the game. “You learn a great deal from these workshops as they sync you with the modern trends in the world and at the same time refresh your fundamentals”, said AIFF’s Head of Referees Department Col (Retd.) Goutam Kar. “Furthermore, they help you evolve in your trade which is beneficial in the long run”, Kar concluded.
