KOLKATA: The final round of the inaugural U-13 Youth League 2017/18 is slated to kick-off in Kolkata on Sunday (April 29, 2018) with five matches taking place on the opening day at three different venues across the city.

Eleven teams who have qualified for the final round are divided into three groups, the group-toppers alongside the best second-placed team will qualify for the semifinals which will be followed by the grand finale. Matches will be played at Barasat Stadium, VYBK Practice Ground and Howrah Stadium.

Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools, Minerva Punjab FC, Aizawl FC and Reliance Foundation Young Champs (RFYC) are clubbed in Group A whereas Mohammedan Sporting Club, Dempo Sports Club and Shillong Lajong FC will battle it out in Group B. Roots Football Academy, Sudeva FC, SAI Kolkata and Chennaiyin FC will lock their horns in Group C.

 

The Final Round will begin with a double-header. Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools face Minerva Punjab at Barasat Stadium, while Roots Football Academy take on Chennaiyin FC at VYBK Practice Ground at 9:00 AM on Sunday (April 29, 2018).

Both semi-finals are scheduled on May 6, 2018 respectively at the Barasat Stadium and Howrah Stadium while the final will be played two days later at the Howrah Stadium.
