NEW DELHI: The All India Football Federation conducted a Referees Development Programme in association with the Kerala Football Association, from March 18, 2016 to March 20, 2016 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Cochin, Kerala.

12 Referee Instructors and 50 Referees from across the state of Kerala participated in the Programme which was engineered for a two pronged development process which included the training of Referee Instructors and Referees through modern teaching techniques.

The informative Course was conducted by AIFF’s Head Of Referees Department Col. (Retd.) Goutam Kar, P. Basker and Rizwan ul Haq and included both on field and off field training of Referees, through various interactive sessions under the guidance of the Course Instructors.
