AIFF Media Team
The 2nd All India Football Federation Grassroots Leaders Course was successfully conducted by All Manipur Football Association (AMFA) in Imphal from October 12-14, 2013. The Course was part of the AMFA Grassroots Development Programme.
The Course focussed in creating Grassroots Leaders which was conducted by AIFF Grassroots Instructor Somorendra Singh. He was ably assisted by Tomba Singh and Debachandra Singh.
The Course was attended by 28 Grassroots Coaches from across the State. The Leaders were selected on virtue of their current involvement in Grassroots Football through Schools, Clubs and community initiatives.
The Course also had a Football Festival for the kids for the age-group of 6-12. The Festival received a huge response and interest from kids and their parents and it marked the conclusion of the Course on the third day.
Al the Participants were awarded AIFF Grassroots Leaders Certificates.
