Myriads of fans flocked together and jousted in unison with #BFCvMMB to share their predictions and views on the Hero I-League grande finale which saw McDowell’s Mohun Bagan clinch the coveted Trophy after 13 long barren years, courtesy of a Bello Rasaq equalizer in the dying embers of the match.

The hashtag touched all people from all spheres of life and even celebrities were not left untouched by this massive advert wave of Indian Football. Prominent figures in India ranging from ace Tennis Player Mahesh Bhupathi to cricketer Wridhiman Saha, shared their views and predicted the outcome of the match.

While Ashwini Ponnappa tweeted, “Let’s go @bengalurufc!! Cant believe its almost time for the last match of the season! Go get them boys! You can do it.”
