NEW DELHI: The Sub Junior U-15 Girls National Championship has commenced in Cuttack, Odisha from May 8, 2015.

The Championship has been divided into eight Groups ranging from A to H. And will see 22 Teams vie for the title.

The Group Stages will see eight Group Winners progress into the next round, which will then be segregated into two Groups consisting four Group Winners each, and will battle it all out to progress into the Semi-finals slated for May 22, 2015. The Finals of the Sub-Junior U-15 Girls National Championship will be played on May 24, 2015.

Manipur, Odisha, Maharashtra, Bihar, Goa and Chandigarh started their respective campaigns on a winning note on the first Matchday. Meanwhile, Telangana were held to a 2-2 draw by Jharkhad.

Manipur 10 – 0 Uttar Pradesh

Odisha 7-0 Madhya Pradesh

Jharkhand 2-2 Telangana

Maharashtra 10- 1 Uttarakhand
