Innovative training methods were on display as Spanish Head Coach Oscar Bruzon used Tennis balls to improve technique and Rugby balls for quick reactions.

Oscar, who attended renowned Dutch fitness Instructor Raymond Verheijen’s Conditioning Camp this February, continued with the Periodisation of his players.

Meanwhile, new Physiotherapist Brian D’Costa joined the squad and will be working with Physio Abhinandan Chaterjee in the backroom staff.
