NEW DELHI: The All India Football Federation, on Friday, December 8, 2023, conducted a workshop enlightening it's employees about possible sexual harassment of women in the workplace, at the Football House in New Delhi, as per directions from the Department of Women and Child Development.

The workshop, to observe the Sexual Harassment at Workplace Prevention Week, was conducted by Integrity Officer Mr. Javed Siraj in the presence of all employees, informing everyone about possible sexual harassment, and the necessary steps to be taken, should it take place at the workplace.

As per the directives of the Ministry, the AIFF has also revamped it’s Internal Complaints Committee, which will deal with such cases within the Football House.

The Federation will also undertake regular awareness initiatives, and dispose of pending cases pertaining to the matter.
