NEW DELHI: Riding on a brace from substitute striker Jaskaranpreet Singh, Punjab beat Mizoram 3-0 to in the final to lift the Junior National Football Championship 2016-17 (Tier 1) at the Pant Stadium Football Ground in Bhilai on Friday (May 5, 2017).
