NEW DELHI: The AIFF U-19 boys,  who are currently training in Aizawl, Mizoram celebrated the Indian Independence Day with the Chief Minister of Mizoram Mr Lal Thanhawla. 

Mr Lal Thanhawla is not only a sport lover, he is the founder president of Mizoram Football Association and actively watches football matches at the ground. 

On August 15, before the final match of the Independence Day Football Tournament in Aizawl in which AIFF U 19 are also one of the participants,  the Chief Minister of Minister met AIFF U19 team and wish them very best in their next outing for the SAFF Cup and AFC qualifiers. 

Mr Lal Thanhawla also thanked the AIFF for having confidence in the infrastructure of the state and send their team to Mizoram to participate in the tournament as a part of their training for upcoming important international competitions.
