Haryana, who grabbed full points, failed to break open the Railways defence in the first session, pumped in three in the second half to turn the tie into a one-sided affair.
It was Pooja who broke the deadlock in the 54th minute. She tapped in a low cross from the left by Neha. Renu scored the second goal off a long ranger from outside the box in the 74th minute.
In the 84th minute, Neha once again did the spadework when she assisted Aarti in the middle of the box from the left. Aarti promptly headed the ball in to make it 3-0 for the winners.

Suju Limboo handed Sikkim the lead in the 45th minute as she netted the ball into the box off a Laxmi Tamang cross from the right. Punjab's equaliser was also a fine goal, a calm finish from Ramnik Kaur in the 46th minute, immediately after the half time.
