BHUBANESWAR: Gokulam Kerala FC are expected to continue their winning streak when they take on Hans FC on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at the Capital Ground, in Bhubaneswar. The latter will eye for a resurrection of their form as they take on the defending champions.
Speaking on the game ahead Gokulam, head coach Anthony Andrews said, “Our approach will be to progress from where we left and work on the area of self-improvement and control the game from the start. We need to be more clinical in front of the goalmouth and convert our chances.”
Andrews believes Hans FC will be determined when they take on his side on Saturday. The gaffer said, “Though Hans didn’t have positive results in their two outings, they will be charged up to play against us. We will try to create our chances early and walk away with three points.”
On the other hand, Hans FC will be missing Savi Mehta, one of their crucial players, due to an injury concern. The Delhi-based side will look for a better and more organised outing while facing Gokulam.
Hans have suffered terribly in their defence, conceding 12 goals in two matches. Thus, they need to overcome their defensive areas in order to bag home points from the next game.
The match will kick off on Saturday, 23rd April 2022 at the Capital Stadium, Bhubaneshwar at 15:30 (IST). The match will be streamed live on the Indian Football YouTube page.
