NEW DELHI: The 29th Senior Women's National Football Championship for Rajmata Jijabai Trophy Final Round will begin on December 10, 2024, at the Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama Ground in Narainpur, Chhattisgarh.
Ten teams - eight winners from the group stage and two finalists from last season (Manipur and Haryana) are divided into two groups of five each. The top two teams from each group will qualify for the semi-finals to be played on December 21. The final will be held on December 23. Manipur, the defending champions, are chasing a record-extending 23rd title. West Bengal and Tamil Nadu have won two titles each, while Odisha and Railways have been crowned champions once.
This will be the third national tournament to be hosted in Narainpur in this calendar year after the Swami Vivekananda U-20 Men's National Football Championship and the Junior Boys’ National Football Championship for BC Roy Trophy 2024-25 Tier 1.
