NEW DELHI: The AIFF Elite Academy lost 1-2 against Salgaocar in the ongoing edition of the U-18 I-League at the Benaulim Ground in Goa today (February 25, 2017).

The AIFF Colts got close to taking the lead in the 14th minute when Ragav's shot blazed past the post after he was found clear of the defensive mix by Rahim. Unable to take advantage, the AIFF Colts conceded in the dying embers of the first half as Salgaocar scored to lead 1-0 at half-time. 

In the 67th minute, Salgaocar struck again but the AIFF Colts pulled a goal back through Rahim in the 72nd minute. The full-time scoreline read 2-1 in Salgaocar's favour.
